Standard Delivery
Complimentary across the UK mainland. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time and keep you updated along the way.

Express & Saturday Delivery
Need your sofa sooner, or prefer a Saturday delivery? We can arrange this for an additional fee. Please contact our team for availability.

Premium Delivery Service
For larger or made-to-order pieces, our experienced two-person team will ensure your furniture is placed with care in the room of your choice.

• Removal and recycling of all packaging

This service is:

• Complimentary on orders over £3,000

• Available for a small charge on orders under £3,000

International Delivery
Aurelo delivers worldwide. For a tailored quote, simply share your location and chosen pieces with us. We’ll provide clear guidance on customs and local delivery to make the process as effortless as possible.

Scotland & Highlands
Delivery is subject to courier routes, and in some cases, additional charges may apply. Please contact us for details.

Returns & Access
If your property has access restrictions (such as narrow roads, staircases, or doorways), let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Returns and exchanges are handled with the same care as delivery: straightforward, discreet, and fair.
