Refund policy

We make choosing easy and put things right quickly if anything is not as it should be.

What you can expect

  • 30-day returns on non-bespoke items in original condition.
  • Made-to-order pieces are final for change of mind. Your statutory rights for faults still apply.
  • Faulty or damaged on arrival. Tell us within 30 days and we will repair, replace, or refund.
  • Refund timing. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Help when you need it. Email our team and we will guide you through the simplest route.

Before you order

  • Measure doorways, stairs, and the intended space.
  • Ask us for fabric swatches and sizing help so you can choose with confidence.

Changing or cancelling

  • If you need to amend or cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
  • For made-to-order items, changes may be possible before production begins. Once in production they cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

How to return

  • Contact us for a return authorisation and instructions.
  • Items must arrive unused, in original packaging, within 30 days.
  • For change-of-mind returns, collection or postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • For faulty or damaged items, we cover the cost of collection and make it right.

What is not covered

  • Normal signs of life. Softening cushions, minor creasing, and gentle colour changes over time.
  • Damage from misuse, improper care, or insufficient access.

Your rights

  • Nothing here affects your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, you have legal remedies. We will act quickly and fairly.
